Although this wiki was originally created to help facilitate the NNELL_Logo.gifMentoring, Leadership, & Change Institute, it now serves as a place where PreK-8 language teachers can contribute ideas related to classroom practice, program development, professional development, district change initiatives, community outreach, and professional leadership.

The institute, co-sponsored by the National Network for Early Language Learning and the National K-12 Foreign Language Resource Center, is designed to provide teacher-leaders with opportunities to expand their perspectives in ways that enable them to use mentoring as a tool for building leadership capacity in those they serve.
